Chibuikem Nwani is a Learning Development Professional with a keen interest in Youth Enterprise Development and Adult Learning for private and non-private sector organizations. He is co-founder of Alula Learning, an organization that has a vision of transforming how young people learn in organizations and institutions. He has conducted training interventions for companies such as HLA, Nexus Alliance, Leadway Health, and so on. His career aspiration is to lead young Entrepreneurs into developing their full potential through capacity building and capacity development.
