This episode is all about how to create a different reality for a better tomorrow!
It’s painful af to be faced with your triggers and your previous traumas and different fears. BUT, in my experience, it is even more painful to keep repeating the same patterns over and over again - especially if they’re not in your best interest.
So what can you do about this?
You have to figure out what’s not working, and try to shift your actions to align with how you WANT to show up, instead of blindly repeating what you’re used to.
It can be confronting and uncomfortable as fuck - but it ultimately alleviates a lot of pain in the future <3
