    Apr 6 2026
On Created for This, I interview Anton Krecic, founder and CEO of Seven Weeks Coffee, a pro-life e-commerce coffee company that donates 10% of every sale to local pregnancy resource centers and has raised over $1.5 million for more than 1,000 pro-life organizations across all 50 states. Anton shares how value-based brands are growing as companies increasingly take social and political stances, and explains that a successful mission-driven business requires both an excellent product and a clear mission. He outlines practical growth strategies including digital ads, podcast partnerships, conferences, and partnerships with pro-life organizations and conservative influencers, emphasizing benefit-driven messaging to reach customers. We discuss handling backlash and controversy, including disagreements within the pro-life movement, and highlight current advocacy around preventing renewed Planned Parenthood funding. The host closes by encouraging church involvement, volunteering, starting ministries when needed, and pursuing boldness through prayer, Scripture, and spiritual readiness. Note on this episode - The audio for Anton didn't record about three-forths of the way through. I apologize. • Episode 128: 3 Things to Implement to Start the Year Right
    Mar 3 2026

Today, we're exploring three strategies you can implement to start your year off on the right foot. Although it's March, remember there's no magic in January 1st — we can start anew at any time.

    Decisive Action

The first key to a successful year is taking decisive action. By making clear decisions and sticking with them, you eliminate the fatigue and overwhelm of indecision. Consider pre-deciding aspects like when you'll work, the times you'll check emails, and the mentors you'll follow this year. For instance, I've decided not to work on Sundays, reserving those for rest and family time.

Scheduling email check-ins at specific times also provides boundaries and a sense of freedom. Another valuable tip is to choose a few key mentors to learn from, rather than overwhelming yourself with too many voices.

    Intentionality

Intentionality follows decisive action and is crucial to achieving goals. This means living purposefully in all areas — from your business decisions to parenting and personal faith. In an interview for a previous podcast, I realized that intentional decisions have been pivotal to my success in both life and business.

As Christians, we must be anchored in our beliefs and commitments to God, ensuring we are intentional about where we spend our time and energy. This might mean unplugging from distractions to truly engage with our kids or aligning business practices with core values.

    Structure

Lastly, structure is essential. As God created order out of chaos, we, too need structure in our lives to thrive. This includes routines that prioritize rest. We often find ourselves in giving roles, needing to minister both at home and in business. During chaotic seasons, like when my husband switched jobs, structure helped stabilize our home life.

Simple practices like consistent meal planning or creating restful spaces in our week can make a big difference. Rest enables us to tap into God's strength rather than relying solely on our own.

Rest doesn't always mean solitude; it can also involve silent prayer time, even during mundane activities like driving. Jesus himself spent time alone in prayer to restore strength — a practice we too can adopt by intentionally creating time and space for spiritual growth.

    Moving Forward

As you integrate these strategies — decisive action, intentionality, and structure backed by rest — aim for a balanced approach that honors the life God has called you to live. Remember, real success in business and life doesn't only come from working harder, but from aligning with God's plans and seeking His guidance continuously.

For those seeking further support, I offer a group coaching program designed to help you thrive. We meet weekly to address questions, provide marketing advice, and create accountability in both home and business settings. If you're looking for a community to support your journey, visit my website at daniellemroberts.com/group to learn more. Whether through group coaching or simply listening to this podcast, my mission remains to equip, encourage, and empower you to fulfill your divine purpose.

More about Jordan in her own words:

I'm Jordan Eggerth. I am a professional athlete and the American Record Holder in the Women's Decathlon with a passion for Track and Field and sharing Jesus through my sport! I have been beyond blessed in my life through my walk with Christ and He has helped shape me into the person I am today through trials, tribulations, love, grace, heartache, passion, grief, joy, pain, and His amazing plan with it all. Since He has given me such a platform to reach others, I have decided that I should be sharing Him in every avenue I possibly can and sharing His amazing stories in my life to help inspire and help others. I played many sports growing up including basketball (my passion), taekwondo, tennis, softball, and gymnastics. Even when I wasn't in an organized sport my days usually included lots of swimming, bike riding, tree climbing, knife throwing, gun/bow shooting, and many more activities. Track and Field, however, was not a sport I had the opportunity to compete in until my senior year of high school. In my senior year of high school my mother found Blane Williams with the Heat Track club at Kell High School. Coach Blane allowed me to join his team at 17yrs old and that opportunity has changed my life forever. After a year of running with The Heat I went to school at Kennesaw State University to join their Track and Field team and be coached by Andy Eggerth in 2014. Since then, I have graduated from Kennesaw State University where I was a 10x Conference Champion and 4x All-American in NCAA Division I Track and Field. I have competed at NCAA D1 Championships, USA Championships, the Thorpe Cup in Germany for Team USA x2, The National Women's Decathlon Championship x2, and the Open De France. I was also the Bronze Medalist at the Pan American Games in 2023. I continue with my professional career attempting to gain a spot on Team USA for various events. I am the American Record Holder in the Women's Decathlon, as well as the Women's Decathlon 100m Dash, Long Jump American Record Holder. I am also the World Record Holder in the Women's Decathlon Long Jump I am currently working towards helping get women the opportunity to compete in the Olympics in the Decathlon.

  • Episode 125: A Christmas Devotional: The Gift of Rest at Christmas
    Dec 4 2025
Sinking into the church pew, I close my eyes, allowing myself to relax. Christmas hymns filter around parishioners as more enter the warm room. Fatigue washes over me as I wait for the Christmas service to start. The previous month was full of Christmas-time activities, lights, parties, and pageants. The seasonal hustle and bustle left me with little time to rest, my heart anxious over plans and the Christmas holiday. As the lights dim, the focus switches to the manger scene. Jesus Christ, born in a manger, died on the cross for our sins. Emmanuel—God with us. Hope was born in human form. "For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given, and the government will be upon His shoulders. And He will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace" (Isaiah 9:6). Over the centuries, Christians have turned toward Jesus with hope and assurance of heaven. "The name Immanuel encapsulates the heart of the Christian message: that God, in His infinite love and mercy, chose to dwell among His people through Jesus Christ. This profound truth continues to inspire and sustain believers, affirming the reality of God's presence in their lives" (BibleHub.com). The hope of Emmanuel takes us beyond Christmas. For believers, that hope leads to eternity and resting forever with God in Heaven. A forever reprieve from the weariness felt here on earth. However, as you celebrate the birth of the Lord Jesus Christ this Advent, you can also celebrate his saving grace and rest in him. You can look forward to eternal rest while enjoying rest here on earth, right here and now. God's word tells us to rest. God provided a pattern to follow as he rested on the seventh day after six days of work. Genesis 2:2-3 says, "And on the seventh day God finished his work that he had done, and he rested on the seventh day from all his work that he had done. So God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it God rested from all his work that he had done in creation." In the same way, he reminds us to do the same. Advent time is a great time to start resting and taking time to enjoy what God's given. He tells us that he provides rest for our weary hearts. Exodus 33:14 says, And the LORD answered (Moses), 'My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest." Matthew 11:28-30 continues this same theme of spiritual rest. It says, "Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." Bible Hub study "Rest here is not merely physical but spiritual, offering peace and relief from the guilt and power of sin. This promise connects to the Sabbath rest in Genesis 2:2-3, symbolizing completion and satisfaction in God. Jesus fulfills the prophetic rest promised in the Old Testament, such as in Jeremiah 6:16, where the ancient paths lead to rest for the soul. This rest is a type of the eternal rest believers will experience in Christ (Hebrews 4:9-10)." The choir files into the church as the congregation rises. My anxiety lessens as I listen to the voices around me rising with the choir, still seated. "O Come, O Come, Emmanuel. Rejoice." I rise to join those around me, my voice lifting up the truth of the season. Come, Lord, come and give me rest. Help me rejoice in your birth this Christmas. Prayer Dear Lord, thank you for your gift of rest. Please help me accept that gift and enjoy this Christmas season. Remind me of your open invitation when I'm feeling weary. Amen. Other Ways to Prepare this Christmas Season As we let these truths about Christmas penetrate our hearts, we can sit and dwell on the truth. We can sit and dwell on the fact that God is with us and that he wants to give us rest. One practical way that you can. Just sit and dwell on what God has for you this Christmas and release some of the anxiety, the overwhelm, and the panic over this Christmas season is to go through the workshop, Pen Your Way to Peace. Pen Your Way to Peace is a workshop that my friend Carrie and I did two years ago, where it's 75 minutes of working through and praying through things that steal your joy, things that cause negative emotions, and maybe even bring up drama. We want to help you work through these things. We are offering this workshop in a way that you can sit, you can work through the journal questions that Carrie, as a spiritual director, has provided for the workshop. And then one of the other things that we know causes chaos, causes overwhelm, and frankly doesn't make our hearts feel at rest is not planning. So with me, you will sit and work through plans, work through what you have, your boundaries, what are things you're saying yes to this holiday season, and what you're saying no to this holiday season. You join Pen Your Way to Peace so you can prepare your mind, your heart, and your calendar for the season of Christ's ...
