      General Questions

—-Tell us about your faith journey.

—-Any people, life experiences, books that really influenced you on your faith journey?

—-Tell us about yourself (family, education, careers, hobbies etc. If these two/three questions overlap/merge with your story that’s totally fine. However you would like to tell your story)

—-Tell us about your prayer life. What does your day look like as far as prayer? Favorite prayers?

(If we don’t already discuss above) Are there any books that really influenced your journey? What are you reading now?

Who is your confirmation Saint?/Favorite saints? Why?

Favorite book of the Bible?/Bible verse?

      Favorite podcasts? Apps? Other resources?

If there is one thing you could tell non-Catholics about the Catholic faith, what would it be?

God loves you and created you. You're precious, unique and unrepeatable. He wants to be in a relationship with you forever and he's got a plan for your life. The bad news is that due to sin we were separated from God and our human nature was weakened. That means our intellect was darkened. Our wills became weak and sin became attractive. The consequence of sin became eternal death in hell. But the good news is that God's, Jesus became man. Atoned for our sins by dying on the cross, and rose from the dead for our salvation. We receive the Holy Spirit and this gift of salvation when we put our faith in Jesus, repent of our sins, get baptized and become his disciples. Finally Jesus established the Catholic church to teach with his authority, to empower us with his grace, and to bring us back to life if we commit a deadly sin.

      Jul 1 2025

In this episode I interview my friend, Kristin, a.k.a. Lady Melissa. Kristin is a lifelong Catholic whose faith really started to grow after discovering Theology of the Body. Kristin shares how the Dragon Slayers retreat came about and has evolved. She also discusses Catechesis of the Good Shepherd and how this method has influenced her relationship with God. Finally, I explain how Kristin’s story reminds me of my own and the new direction I plan on taking soon.
