Join your hosts, John and Iain, in conversation with Jonny Harding. Jonny leads the ministry team at Elim Life Church, North Birmingham, and is a deep thinker about what it means to follow Jesus, form authentic communities and release creativity in and through the body of Christ.
We believe the greatest need in the Church of our day is leaders who are committed to the pursuit of Christlikeness in their own lives above everything else.
We believe there is a better way to lead that is more joy-filled than many of us experience in leadership.
