The premise of "Confessions of Passive Investors" is to interview passive investors that are well down the path of their investing journey. Guests of the show are completely anonymous so as to enable them to speak more openly and freely about what they’ve learned, the mistakes they’ve made, the fears they have and the success they’ve achieved.
The objective is to help passive investors that are just exploring the idea of investing in private placements (e.g., real estate syndications/funds, debt funds, private equity, litigation finance, art, etc.) get more comfortable with the idea of doing so knowing that others have gone before them and done so successfully (or maybe not so successfully!). In a nutshell, I want to help people become better investors by learning from the experiences of their peers.
