À propos de ce contenu audio

Our goal is to educate and coach women on healthy, loving and fulfilling mother-daughter relationships. From the day we became a family, Elizabeth, Danielle, and Melissa have been a team. Together, we have experienced challenge and heartache, joy and celebration. Throughout it all, we have maintained an honest, caring, open relationship with one another. We have experienced times of anger, jealousy, and sadness just like any other family, yet we have maintained a deep faith in the love we have for one another. Our intention with this radio show is to share honestly and openly our experiences in the hopes that it may help you grow into the honesty and openness of whom you truly are.Elizabeth Lutz, Danielle Schoenecker, and Melissa Schoenecker Hygiène et vie saine

Tune in and take notes for your next trip. There is a balance and there is an Art of Zen for Family Vacations.

    • Cultivate Your Courage
      Jan 20 2015
The dictionary defines courage as the ability to do something that you know is difficult or dangerous or mental or moral strength to venture, persevere, and withstand danger, fear, or difficulty. While we agree with this definition, we also feel that there's so much more to courage. It can take courage to do the things that we're all uncertain about whether or not they may be difficult or dangerous. Yes, it takes mental and moral strength to venture into the unknown, but it also takes strength of heart, and trust in ourselves and the Universe. Courage can show up in many ways. And in any one of those ways, our choosing courage, no matter how big, or small, is worth celebrating. Join us this week as we discuss the value that courage brings forward for us. And we'll discuss ways in which we can all cultivate our own courage right now. We look forward to you joining us!

    • True Power Lies in Acceptance
      Jan 13 2015
Acceptance can sometimes get a bad rap. It's easy to think that if we move into acceptance of a situation too quickly or too easily that we are essentially giving up, or not fighting for what we want. brbr But is that really true? brbr This week, we will challenge that idea and share our own experience of acceptance. We'll discuss the times that we were in acceptance as well as the times that we were not and what kind of feedback we received. brbr We'll discuss how it's possible to both be in acceptance and also work towards change. brbr Join us and discover how our true power doesn't lie in our ability to fight but in our ability to accept.
