🎙 Coffee with Beau

Raw. Reflective. Ridiculously honest.

Welcome to Coffee with Beau — a cathartic, unfiltered exploration of the human experience through the eyes of a man who’s lived on the edge, lost his way, and found meaning in the mess.

Part memoir, part therapy, part cosmic unpacking — each episode is a stream-of-consciousness deep-dive into relationships, psychology, self-mastery, and the wild stories that shaped it all. From nearly dying (more than once), to spiritual awakenings, to unexpected happy endings in Thailand — nothing is off limits.

Expect gritty storytelling, emotional clarity, and the occasional f-bomb. If you’ve ever felt too much, wanted more, or wondered what the hell we're all doing here — pull up a chair.

This is where the internal world meets the external one. And we say it all out loud.

    • Why Highly Sensitive & Autistic Minds See the Collapse First
      Jan 15 2026

Everyone wants to save the world. No one wants to learn how to listen.

This episode is about why communication is the root of every global crisis, why autistic people keep getting labelled as the problem when we’re actually the diagnostic tool, and why consciousness evolution looks less like love-and-light and more like learning how to not misinterpret each other into extinction.

I talk about how misunderstanding tone becomes trauma, how trauma becomes ideology, and how ideology becomes violence.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re speaking a different language on the same planet, this episode will make unsettling amounts of sense.

    • The Truth About Neurodivergence Academia Can’t Hold
      Dec 30 2025

In this episode, I unpack what neurodivergence actually is beyond labels, pathology, and deficit-based thinking. Not as something “wrong” with the nervous system, but as an evolution of consciousness that traditional systems don’t know how to hold.

We explore why academia, medicine, and legacy institutions struggle to acknowledge the full scope of neurodivergence, and how doing so would fundamentally destabilize the frameworks they’re built on. I talk about what happens when the body begins purging dense or outdated energy, including a personal experience that catalyzed a profound biological and energetic shift. One that altered how my system processes information, stress, and reality itself.

I share why highly sensitive, intuitive, and gifted individuals often experience physical manifestations like hypermobility or connective tissue differences, and the emerging science that helps explain the link between nervous system sensitivity, intuition, and perception. We look at how these traits can either become a source of depletion and breakdown, or a powerful internal compass when understood and integrated properly.

We also move into relational and energetic attunement. Why aligning timelines matters before entering deeply resonant partnerships, how unintegrated energy can lead to implosion or explosion, and what true readiness actually looks like.

At the core of it all is presence. Because no matter how expanded the capacity, grounded presence is what allows this evolution to become livable, embodied, and sustainable.

This episode is for those who have always felt different, intense, or “too much,” and are ready to understand that difference as intelligence rather than dysfunction.

    • Cutting Ties With the Person Who Raised Me
      Dec 17 2025

This is an intimate and unfiltered conversation about energetic preservation, relational sovereignty, and the grief that comes with choosing yourself.

I explore how certain relationships can siphon life force through subtle emotional manipulation, projection, and unconscious malice—and why sharing your dreams with the wrong people can collapse timelines rather than support them.

We dive into the uncomfortable truth about people-pleasing as a form of covert narcissism, why boundaries fail when power dynamics remain intact, and how cutting ties can sometimes be the most loving act—for everyone involved.

This episode isn’t about vilifying family. It’s about reclaiming your field.
