The staged kidnapping. The uncomfortable moments. The stories of BTS being mistreated. A series that many ARMY would rather forget.

But then we actually watched all eight episodes.

And… it was NOTHING like we expected.

This week on Coffee & Comebacks, we're talking about the good, the bad, the awkward and the downright hilarious moments from BTS's 2014 trip to Los Angeles.

We talk about the moments that genuinely made us uncomfortable, but also the mentors who surprised us—including Tony Jones, Nate Walka, Coolio and Warren G—and the lessons that went far beyond learning about hip-hop.

From writing their own stories over Warren G's “Regulate,” approaching girls for a music video and working ordinary jobs, to conversations on Skid Row and their final concert in Los Angeles, we started seeing American Hustle Life very differently.

This Thanksgiving, we're taking a little time to appreciate something that's brought so much into our lives... BTS.

And we're not just talking about the music!

We're talking about the friendships we never expected, the moments that made us laugh (and cry!), the incredible ARMY community, and how seven Korean men somehow led to two Canadian women becoming friends and starting a podcast. 😂💜

We'll share the BTS memories we're most grateful for, what each member has brought into our lives, and why there's still so much to look forward to.

And because we can't be serious for an entire episode, we're inviting all seven members to an imaginary Canadian Thanksgiving dinner! 🦃 Who's helping in the kitchen? Who's sneaking food? And who's disappearing when it's time to do the dishes? 😂
