      It's been a while, but isn't that always the case? We've been busy in real life, but also with TV and games the last few months. When Mak and his friends are not fighting to end racism in Metaphor ReFantazio, he's trapped in the grind for golden camos in Black Ops 6. And even though Alli hasn't been doing her gaming homework, she's been unwillingly experiencing Silent Hill 2, reliving Katamari nostalgia, and driving her kart through Bangkok in Mario Kart 8's DLC courses. Also, we found some Oreo flavored Cokes that we decided to taste test on the episode, and one of us loves it!


      We've also got some great shows to catch up on this episode including a rewatch of Arcane Season 1 and the Penguin, so stay tuned for the end for a spoiler breakdown of each.

      The summer is upon us (though not as far as weather is concerned in Denmark), and so we have been playing, watching, and doing a lot. Including checking in on the big Summer Game Fest and game showcases by the big players in the industry. Mak has been playing a lot of Blade-named games and catching up on some backlog before the big Elden Ring DLC ruins his life. Alli has been on a hunt for more cozy games to play for our upcoming trips this summer! And then there is A LOT to talk about from the summer game showcases this year, with some boring, some interesting, and some amazing things to fill out the calendar for 2024 and 2025.       We've been having one of those busy months where you look back and go "Damn! When do I have time to do nothing??" And now is one of those times! (Well, we didn't do nothing, we recorded a podcast). We are here to talk about some games and Mak has a lot to get off his chest. He finally finished Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth after 97 hours and has started playing Stellar Blade. And Alli has started and finished Little Kitty, Big City so tune in for her review of a cute cat platformer. At the end, we talk a little bit about the trouble in the Xbox camp with the studio closures of Tango Gameworks and Arkane Austin and what it means for Hellblade II coming out this week.
