In today’s episode I break down what I believe to be the basics of grooming your Circles of Influence.
Your Inner Circle:
- The 5 people you are closest to, spend the most time with, and talk to the most
Your Middle Circle:
- The next 10 people who you see and or talk to on a regular basis
Your Outer Circle
- The 15 or more people who’s interactions you should
limit to check-ins and holidays
Move 1 person at a time into different circles until you find the circle that they belong in, this is a fluid and ever changing process…
