Hi CTC Podcast Fam,
This message came to me like a divine download over coffee and delicious vegetarian gravy with poached eggs.
Insecurity is one of the emotions that I feel carries with it a "shame on you" waggling finger. But what if it didn't have to be that way? What if we could instead use this as a cue to dive in to reconnecting with self trust.
