January can feel long, cold and relentless - and yet it’s when we’re told to add more: new habits, new goals, new resolutions. This challenge flips that on its head. Instead of starting something new, you’re invited to stop one thing for a month.
What could you stop?
- A daily or weekly habit that causes stress or anxiety
- Something you do for others that they could do themselves
- A behaviour that no longer serves you
