 After being so close to taking my life day after day for years, I started taking antidepressants that truly saved me. Now, a year and a half later, I am releasing these pills from my existence, ready to face whatever comes up. I had a very intentional ceremony with myself where I started a fire, called upon the elements and spirit, pulled animal spirit tarot cards, and burnt many old memories to release into the world. Towards the end of the experience, I felt called to record the words I was speaking aloud. I now feel called to share them.
