  • #531 - Most Amazon Sellers Have Never Tested Their Main Image
    Oct 21 2026

Most Amazon sellers have never tested their main image. Not once. This week I launched a main image split test, kicked field goals with my boys, and let AI fix the stuff that used to eat my whole afternoon.

In this episode, I'm sharing a more behind-the-scenes look at a real week: College GameDay in Provo with my two boys, and what working inside my Weavos operating system actually looks like day to day. I get into why AI isn't a "run my business and walk away" button, how I fix things without knowing how to code, and how I built and launched new main images as an Amazon experiment in about an hour.

    In this episode:

    • Why this podcast is just as much for me as it is for you
    • College GameDay in Provo with my boys, 17 years after my first one
    • Going deep on Claude Code, and why I've been posting less on Instagram
    • AI is not hands-off: reviewing data, arguing with Claude and making the decisions myself
    • One click from decision to execution, with client updates sent to Slack
    • Fixing broken things with zero coding knowledge: "Why is this not working?"
    • Why we decided our main images could be better, and studying top competitors
    • Building new main images in about an hour and launching a split test in Manage Your Experiments
    • What used to take a graphic designer and 10 days of back and forth
    • Why the people who dive into AI now will have a big advantage over the next 6 to 12 months

  • #530 - I Disappeared for 8 Months. Here's What I Built.
    Oct 16 2026

Built by Business is BACK! My last episode went out February 23rd, almost eight months ago, and I've had a fire burning to get back on the mic.

In this episode, I catch you up on everything: a summer of boating content, doubling my Instagram following just by being me, and landing brand partnerships I honestly thought I had no shot at. Then I get into what's had me up until 2 a.m.: two AI operating systems I've built with Claude Code. One runs my personal life. The other, Weavos OS, runs my Amazon agency, and it's the reason I now want fewer clients, not more.

    In this episode:

    • Why the podcast went quiet, and why it's back
    • Making content for fun again, and doubling to about 74K followers on Instagram
    • Shoot your shot: how a pair of budget sunglasses turned into a brand partnership
    • The dark side of content: chasing views, and learning to say no
    • Amazon Accelerate and getting serious about AI
    • Learning Claude Code from zero: 20 hours of lessons before my first session
    • Isom OS: one system for every inbox, the family calendar and personal finances
    • Weavos OS: SmartScout, Helium 10, AdLabs, Nova Data and Keepa in one agency system
    • BRIN on Amazon: 133 listings, a storefront and 530 edited images in a few days
    • Why I want five clients max, and one or two openings in January

If you're a founder doing $50K+/month and want me to look at your Amazon account, go to www.weavos.io (put in an ASIN for an instant report) or email andy@weavos.io.
