As a member of the Strategies Group Leadership Team, Daniel serves as the company's EOS Visionary and focuses heavily on problem-solving, promoting growth, painting the big picture, and understanding how industry trends impact customer needs. He’s a pivotal force in ensuring concepts become actionable and leading the SGI Team in idea generation and continuous process improvement.

When Daniel has free time, he finds joy playing board games and tinkering with tools. He is a loving husband and a devoted father to four wonderful children.

This first episode features Neil and Austin sitting down with Chris DiCarlo (Lockton).

As an experienced insurance consultant with over 12 years of independent practice, Chris serves Lockton as a Producer member of the Southeast Series, overseeing new & existing client strategies as a licensed agent in employee benefits and property & casualty. Chris’ main focus and technical expertise lies in employee benefits, self-funding, and innovative solutions to help contain costs while building robust total reward programs to attract and retain talent. He specializes in the Manufacturing and Construction industry, working alongside local associations to understand industry challenges and support the overall growth of the economy.

Chris and his wife, Betsy, have two wonderful daughters, Beth and Etta, and are expecting their third daughter Fall 2025. They live in Roswell, GA and you can often find his family outdoors, enjoying the simple joys of tending to their homestead.
