  • Episode 22 - Mark DaSilva of Bad Sons Brewing
    May 27 2025

Hey everyone, welcome to Episode 22 of Bud’s Beer Blurb — and I’ve got a great lineup for you this time.

    • First up, I hit the Rising Pint Brewfest at Rentschler Field in Hartford, CT. It was an eventful day — lots of wind, plenty of technical hiccups!
    • Next, a big moment for me: I sat down with Mark DaSilva from Bad Sons Beer in Derby, CT. We had an awesome chat — and yes, more tech issues (par for the course). Midway through, the video cuts out, but that just lets you focus on what Mark has to say.
    • UR Community Cares Graffiti Battle fundraiser at Urban Lodge Brewing in Manchester. Artists from all over the state threw down in a graffiti competition to support a nonprofit helping seniors and people with physical disabilities live more independently.

  • Episode 17 - Mando's Reviews
    Mar 14 2025

Well we finally got another episode out! February was brutal for both Nick and myself, but we'll tell you about that on the show.

On this episode I sat down with my good friend Greg Fabre a.k.a. Mando's Reviews on Instagram. @mandos_reviews Mando and I review Green City by Other Hand Brewing.

Bud and Nick review Sublimated Dreams by BBCO. Plus there is a huge hops profile in this beer so HOPS 101 covers all 5 of the NZ hops used to create this fabulous beer.
