      Event 1 Log for reps. All reps Floor to Overhead, 12" Log for all Classes. 60s time limit. All kit allowed including Grip Tops.

      Event 2 3 reps on lighter axle bar into rep out on deadlift bar 60s time limit. All kit allowed including suits.

      Event 3 Farmers Walk 10m+10m+10m Choice of Weights used. Two lengths must be completed in the 60s time limit to score if chosen the heavier weight. No straps or adhesive substances DW Farmers used

      Event 4 Yoke/Sandbag run Yoke to be carried 10m then Sandbag Carried same 10m before loading over your own yoke. Strength Shop Riot Yoke + Strength Register Sandbags All kit allowed including Grip Tops but any adhesives are banned Bag can be carried and loaded in any way

      Event 5 Sandbag to Shoulder Medley 60s Time Limit Strength Register Bags Sandbag must be fully on shoulder and dropped forward

      In this episode of the British Strongman Podcast, we discuss Imposter Syndrome and it's affect on Strongman competition.

      🤔Many of us have felt like imposters at one point or another in our lives. Whether it’s in our personal or professional lives, this feeling can be very debilitating. But how do we deal with imposter syndrome, especially when it comes to Strongman competitions?

      😊It’s important to understand that imposter syndrome is actually quite common. It’s estimated that 70% of people will experience imposter syndrome at some point in their lives. So, if you’re feeling like an imposter, know that you’re not alone.

      🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️One of the best ways to deal with imposter syndrome is to talk to someone about it. This can be a friend, family member, therapist, or even a coach. Talking about your feelings can help you to understand them better and can also help to dissipate some of the power that they hold over you.

      🤙Another way to deal with imposter syndrome is to focus on your positive accomplishments. Write them down and refer back to them when you’re feeling like an imposter. This can help you to remember that you are capable and that you have proved it in the past.

      🎯 Finally, it’s important to have realistic expectations. No one is perfect and everyone has room for improvement. When you’re feeling like an imposter, try to remember that everyone experiences these feelings at times and that you’re not alone in this.
