Jayne Storey is the founder and head coach at Chi Performance. Her unique approach employs ancient Eastern disciplines which help develop the mind-body connection and improve performance. For over two decades she has taught these Martial Arts principles and practices to golfers and other sportspeople to help them quiet their minds and perform at their effortless best.
Jayne is also an author and she has written several books, including "Breathe Golf" and "Connected Golf" and she joins OntheMark to highlight insights to help you bridge the gap between practice and performance. She discusses:
