À propos de ce contenu audio
Louisa went to the cinema on opening night to see the fourth and final instalment of Bridget Jones - and it's safe to say, she approves!
Review: Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy is the perfect blend of nostalgia, humour, and surprising emotional depth. It invites us back into the lives of beloved characters, both familiar and new, and introduces us to the next generation of Joneses and Darcys. The experience is a bittersweet, emotional, and above all, joyful one. Bridget once again finds herself in the most predictably unpredictable situations, keeping us laughing at every turn. As far as romantic storylines go, it’s a well prepared classic, no extra sprinkles, but delivered with the signature Bridget Jones charm. The addition of exploring generational grief adds a poignant layer to the story, offering a fresh perspective from the previous films in the series. Just don’t ask me if I cried more in sadness or from tears of joy.
