À propos de ce contenu audio
Hosted by Natalie Mawson, this podcast delves into the lived realities of childhood, teenage, and adult sexual abuse, childhood abandonment, parentification, abuse, and the long shadows they cast into adulthood.
Through deeply personal storytelling and spiritual insight, Natalie opens conversations about addiction, recovery, and the courage it takes to question the mainstream paradigms of trauma healing today. What happens when healing goes beyond therapy — into the unseen, the intuitive, the in-between?
If you’ve ever felt that medication and labels only scratch the surface, you’re not alone. This space is about peeling back the layers, scrutinising the psychology and psychiatry research, and reclaiming our humanity in the process of healing & awakening.
This is a space for survivors, seekers, and sensitives — for anyone ready to reclaim their story, speak their truth, and discover that healing is both human and sacred.
As Natalie shares her journey of transformation and the unexpected awakening of her mediumship abilities, Celeste Tranquillity - The Other Side of Me invites you to explore the connection between deep pain, the and profound spiritual growth.
About the author
Natalie is a Psychic Medium who is currently the owner of Celeste Tranquillity. She is additionally studying Psychology MSc and aiming to become a psychology doctor so she can teach and research consciousness awareness and spiritual phenomenon alongside her counselling & mediumship practice.
Conscious counselling is her way of bridging the gap between research and awareness — integrating the science of the mind with the wisdom of consciousness. Instead of simply managing symptoms, she helps clients uncover and release the root causes of their suffering, empowering them to live with authenticity, presence, and freedom.
Previously seeking relief through traditional psychiatric and evidence-based treatments - while these methods offered temporary stability, She found herself caught in a loop. Repeating patterns without truly healing the underlying wounds.
Over time, it came to her realisation that much of the “evidence” supporting mainstream treatments can be limited by the paradigms and assumptions of the system itself. This awareness inspired her to look beyond conventional models and explore the role of conscious awareness in healing.
Through self-directed research and deep introspection, she developed methods that combine conscious awareness practices, trauma-informed understanding, and critical analysis of existing psychological frameworks.
Natalie believes healing is not just about symptom reduction and suppression but about awakening to who we are beneath conditioning and trauma. Her work invites you to step beyond old paradigms of “treatment” and into a space of conscious self-understanding, where true transformation becomes possible.Copyright Natalie
