Having practiced yoga since her younger years, she became certified to teach in 2022 and opened Beecons yoga. Soon after, sound healing called to her, awakening a profound connection to the power of frequencies, and their healing capabilities. This path led to Reiki, completing a holistic approach to mind-body-spirit.
