Welcome to the Gilda’s Club Detroit podcast…in this episode, we’ll discuss the annual fund raising event, BRAS FOR A CAUSE, which honors the memory of Shannon Watson, and ensures Gilda’s Club Metro Detroit program is cost-free to anyone walking through the door.
Breast cancer survivors, bras turned into art created by local artists and exciting entertainment are all showcased at our annual inspiring event. The event features live and silent auctions, food from some of the best Metro Detroit restaurants, local musicians, and the highlight of the evening – the breast cancer survivor runway show!
Bras for a Cause takes place Saturday October 8th at Detroit's Masonic Temple. We hope to see you there!
