  • Season 2, Episode 11: Soft Landings for Hard Days with Jovian Zayne
    Oct 24 2026

What would it look like to meet yourself with the same tenderness you so freely offer others?

In this episode of Beyonding Podcast, Kailei Carr and Myra Capri are joined by Jovian Zayne, executive coach, CEO and author of the forthcoming book Soft Landings for Hard Days, for a conversation about self-compassion, competing commitments, and learning to care for ourselves through the many seasons of life.

Inspired by her daughter and her own journey of becoming, she reflects on what it means to love ourselves well—even when our responsibilities feel endless. Together, they explore the conditioning that teaches us to question ourselves instead of questioning the weight we’re carrying, and how our identities can shape what we believe we deserve.

They discuss the importance of disrupting those patterns, making room for curiosity about who we are becoming, and finding joy amid the messiness of everyday life. Because even when our lives are full of meaningful commitments, we still deserve gentleness, rest, and the freedom to choose ourselves.

  • Season 2, Episode 10: Finding the Courage to Dream
    Oct 10 2026

What does it mean to believe in something you can’t yet see?

In this solo episode of Beyonding Podcast, Myra Capri explores the journey of dreaming—what it asks of us to envision something that doesn’t yet exist, trust in its possibility, and remain committed even when the path forward is unclear. Inspired in part by Imani Ellis’s journey of bringing CultureCon, what has become the world's largest creative "homecoming," to life, Myra reflects on the courage it takes to create something new and the willingness to believe in a vision that others may not yet understand.

But what does it cost to dream? And how do we pursue what we’re called to create without losing ourselves in the process?

Myra explores the lessons found in delay, the importance of filtering out the noise, and the role that community plays in bringing our dreams to life. She reminds us that while dreaming requires faith, persistence, and a little bit of imagination, we were never meant to do it all alone.

  • Season 2, Episode 9: Healing the Family Soul with Karie Gonia
    Sep 26 2026

What if some of what you’re carrying was never yours to begin with?

In this episode of Beyonding Podcast, Kailei Carr and Myra Capri are joined by intuitive healer and teacher, Karie Gonia, for a conversation about family systems, generational patterns, and the gifts we carry through our lineages.

Together they explore the origins and practice of Family Constellation work, the power of healing in community, and what happens when we begin to recognize the unconscious loyalties, beliefs, and patterns we’ve inherited. Karie shares her own journey of suppressing her gifts, walking away from the life she built, and ultimately learning that she could no longer outrun herself.

This conversation is an invitation to remember how religious and cultural conditioning can shape our understanding of our gifts, and why healing requires us to deprogram from the constructs that keep us disconnected from ourselves.
