Giving back isn’t as hard as you think!Many of us are fortunate to have incredible mentors in our lives, people we can turn to, ask questions to and share our failures with.
But how do you become a mentor?
Do you have to have worked in the industry for 50 years? Do you have to be a walking encyclopedia of answers? We would argue no - the best mentors are those who know themselves, know what they have to offer and can connect you with others.
