    My transition into #Wilful Womanhood was not at all rainbows and butterflies. I started like most of the middle-aged female and married-with-children population - overwhelmed, underappreciated and hidden underneath the half martyrdom of being my family's first and biggest people-pleaser.

    If that works for you, great!

    To be honest, it took me over 10 years to realize it no longer worked for me. It took a traumatic event in my life and the most out of place feeling I've ever known.

    I wasn't lost, I just had to uncover myself again - and you can, too.

    Welcome to the show! This podcast is designed specifically to help you do these two things. Learn YOU, and Get Wilful!

    Creating the life of your dreams requires you to actually HAVE dreams. Do you remember what YOU like? What YOU want? What makes you feel like the most joyous and grateful and loving and beautiful YOU?

    As a wife and mother of four (amazing children, btw!), I realized that I didn't. I didn't remember those things. I had no idea WHO I WAS. I'd lost myself in the throws of marriage and motherhood, and while I knew I wanted those things, I'd never intended on being so passive in that endeavor that I took whatever other peanuts life had to offer.

    I decided to "craft" a vision board - and it took three weeks of crying and re-connecting (with myself) until I had any idea what I actually wanted to create.

    And then I made it my mission to help others do the same.

    The vision board is the vehicle, this program is the highway.

    You have one short life - let's get you in the driver's seat!
