We see all the good life we're supposed to have, but yet, pressed with struggles, we get frustrated and anxious. Poorly understood, that anxiety can lead to depression (which is FAR TOO COMMON today). I've found that recognizing that we all have our challenges, being able to laugh at life's frustrations and treat them with some of the irony they deserve, helps us roll through the punches. We're all in this together. We're all struggling, one way or another, to keep on the good path. Some more than others. Some more visibly than others. Thus, in a world full of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram perfect lives, it helps to face the truth: it's a little untidy behind the scenes.Copyright 2022 Eric Nies Développement personnel Réussite personnelle
