The time just changed and it's now getting dark super early! I know Seasonal Depression is real, so I wanted to share some tips to help you cope:
𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻 𝗗 ☀️
𝘐𝘵 𝘪𝘯𝘧𝘭𝘶𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘰𝘧 𝘯𝘦𝘶𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘴𝘮𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘣𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘯 - 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘯, 𝘥𝘰𝘱𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘦 & 𝘯𝘰𝘳𝘦𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘱𝘩𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘦, 𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘤𝘩 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘯𝘷𝘰𝘭𝘷𝘦𝘥 𝘪𝘯 𝘮𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘳𝘦𝘨𝘶𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯.
• Get into the sunshine:
Vitamin D is often called the "sunshine vitamin." Aim for at least 10 minutes daily
• Eat Foods Rich in Vitamin D:
Fish - Salmon, Tuna, Mackerel, Sardines
Fortified Foods - Orange Juice, Milk, Yogurt
Egg Yolks
Mushrooms
• Supplements:
Consult your doctor to get your levels checked determine the appropriate dosage for your needs. * You're at risk of Vitamin D toxicity if you take too much.
