Born out of the stress the 2020 pandemic brought to many in the business, Co-hosts Jamie Coletta and Adam Pfleider talk to guests about not only their thoughts on what's going on behind the curtain, but "making sense of" and "calling out" the chaos that is the reality of so many people burning out daily.
