Today and every day we should give thanks. To all the struggles, setbacks, valleys, wins, celebrations and successes. I am thankful for it all! This episode is one of my proudest moments. We have done a lot of work together and now it's time to acknowledge all of our hard work! I am so proud of this community!!

When you say, "You can't do what she does" do you know the real meaning behind your words? It's amazing to me the narrative we can come up with in our own lives when we are led by fear. Fear of...you fill in the blank. It's so easy to deflect onto others, but it's our own excuses and jealousy that hurts us in the end. We have work to do so let's dive in!
