Man was created in God’s image as a spirit, soul and body, with a will and the freedom to choose God. At the fall, man did not only sin, he died spiritually and became separated from God, the source of life. Due to his condition, salvation could not come by human effort. God, in His responsibility and love for man, made provision through the plan of redemption in Christ. The new birth therefore became a necessity, not an option.

For a believer, God is your Father and you have to be deeply rooted in that consciousness of the graciousness, benevolence and resourcefulness of your heavenly Father.
