  • Live at Penn: Uncle Biggie, Uncle Smalls, and a Whole Lot of Doubt
    Mar 22 2026

At a live taping of Another Not Guilty, we head to Penn Carey Law for a case that had everything: a chaotic family dispute, a single gunshot, and three witnesses who somehow couldn’t agree on what actually happened.

When 19-year-old Angel was charged with attempted murder and facing decades in prison, the case seemed straightforward—until the stories started changing. With no defense witnesses, no experts, and hundreds of hours of bodycam footage, Delco public defender Anna Hinchman built her case on one simple idea: if no one can tell the same story twice, how can you prove anything beyond a reasonable doubt?

Featuring Uncle Biggie, Uncle Smalls, a mysterious pair of gloves, and a staircase that heard more than anyone saw, this live episode is a perfect example of how doubt isn’t just reasonable—it’s everything.

  • Proof Beyond a Reasonable Printout
    Jan 18 2026

In this episode of Another Not Guilty, the hosts are joined by public defender Lauren Hillary to break down a case that should terrify anyone who believes evidence still matters.

The state charged Lauren’s client with 13 felony sex offenses, including counts carrying multiple life sentences—based largely on printed email notifications allegedly tied to Twitter messages that did not exist. No corroborating DMs. No forensic proof. No investigation of the home. Just screenshots, assumptions, and a year of pretrial incarceration in Mississippi’s broken system.

This is a story about fake evidence, real consequences, and what it takes to stop the system from steamrolling an innocent person. Printing something doesn’t make it true.

🎙️ Another Not Guilty tells the untold stories of public defenders fighting back—one case at a time.

  • Half Nelson, Full Acquittal – When Wrestling Moves Don't Equal Felonies
    Jul 23 2023

This episode features two outstanding public defenders who team up for a case straight out of a law school exam and a wrestling mat. Their client — a former state wrestling champ — was accused of assault after putting his lover in a half nelson. But here's the twist: he did it to stop her from harming herself.

The prosecution tried to turn a life-saving move into a criminal act, but the defense wasn't having it. With skill, teamwork, and some mat-side strategy, they showed the jury what really happened. The result? Not guilty.

Because sometimes a wrestling hold is just that — a hold — and not every half nelson belongs in a courtroom.
