  • American Tales - Live from Woolaroc with Emily Woodhull
    Jul 2 2026

American musician and songwriter, ⁨@emilywoodhullmusic⁩ joins Tuck for a feature episode of American Tales live from Clyde Lake on the grounds of the magical ⁨@woolarocmuseum⁩ in Osage County, Oklahoma.

Emily, who hails from Washington D.C., went viral for her hit debut single, "Virginia, I'm Home," a song that encapsulates the love that she found in the commonwealth after dropping out of James Madison University (JMU) and moving to Fredericksburg, Virginia. While Emily remains steadfast in her love of D.C. and hopes to one day play at her dream hometown venue in front of her family and friends, it was this debut single's thesis on finding your home that has resonated with fans across the world who have leveraged the song as a means to connect with their internal feelings of seeking belonging.

On a deeper dive, Emily and Tuck discuss the role of music in positively impacting those battling mental health issues and how Emily views her role as a storyteller in being an outlet for not only her fans, but also for herself as well. Emily also discusses the life-changing friendships that she has made with musicians and those in the music scene during her trips to Nashville and Oklahoma.

Emily has big plans for 2026, with a planned new single release in August 2026 and live performances scheduled in Oklahoma, South Carolina, and in her familiar stomping grounds of Virginia.

To wrap up this episode of American Tales Live from Woolaroc, Emily performs two songs, "Virginia, I'm Home" and her brand new song, "Make it Through the Night."You can support Emily Woodhull by following this link - https://beacons.ai/emwoodhullmusic.
