    Don has utilized this skill set in various areas, including startups, and in assisting companies with the marketing and promotion of their products or services.

    Don's favorite endeavor has been working in developing countries, training individuals in the application of coating products. For Don, the technical aspect of the work was never the primary source of excitement; rather, it served as a means to engage with diverse groups of people, which has always been Don's passion.

    At the age of 26, Don obtained a contract in Saudi Arabia—an experience that not only broadened Don's perspectives but also opened many doors. This opportunity was pivotal, as it highlighted what Don truly enjoyed doing.

    Since then, Don has worked in over 40 different countries, been involved with more than 300 construction projects, and contributed to the development and introduction of several specialized coating products and applications. It was a natural progression for Don to become a student of Coach Burt and attend the Package Your Purpose event upon discovering it.

    What excites Don is the same thing that excited Don at the beginning: the thrill of pursuit and the opportunity to work with people from all backgrounds.

    Dan is a visionary leader, connector, and facilitator with the ability to uncover opportunities that others may not see. Helping people use their own power to Embrace Their Destiny. He has always had a knack for helping people find their best qualities and to pull together with others to meet a common goal.
    While working as a cab driver, to pay his way through school he took a job, as a bus operator, with a new bus service run by his county government. Within 2 years he was the transit manager of half of the county bus service.
    Later he decided to change careers and become a financial advisor. Within 2 years he had founded an employee benefit firm that he still runs today.
    While running that business he also became a Regional Sales Coordinator with Aflac for over 17 years, leading a team of over 100 agents and 150 insurance broker relationships.

    He recently spent 10 years on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors for Greater Washington DC (NAIFA-GWDC) including 2.5 years as the President of that organization. He now serves NAIFA at the National level as a Regional Coordinator of Grassroots Advocacy and on NAIFA GWDC's charity The Helping Hands Society, on the Board of Directors.
    Dan and his wife Karen have raised three wonderful and successful children and are so proud of their seven grandchildren.

    His current passion is helping people get the most out of their lives by recognizing that aging is an opportunity.

    Dan will be releasing a book focusing on Assuring Your Dignity later this quarter. He has another book that will follow by the end of the year.

    Jim Miller describes himself as (A Dad, A Grand Dad, A Dreamer, A Doer, A Giver, A Lover, A Fighter, A Friend).

    Jim earned a BS from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 1982. He worked as a Co-Op student for a year while attending Cal Poly.

    Following graduation he worked as an Industrial Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer at Ford Aerospace then went back to commercial building mainframe computers. He transitioned into personal computers when they were just getting popular and this set him on a trajectory that carried him on for the next 30+ years working in and around the hardware tech industry.

    Jim's biggest accomplishment was creating a vision for then going about the process of hunting, landing and growing major accounts as a technical sales person. He acquired Apple computer and grew them from $0 to over $12 million and his territory from $250K/yr to over $18 million/year. He also grew gross margins from an average 10% to over 55% and was instrumental in producing a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of over 55% over a 6 year period.

    While this growth was happening he parlayed his efforts at Apple th hunt, land and grow other companies in the industry. Namely, Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, Nokia, Motorola, Intel, Google, Samsung and others.

    As a result our $10 million company grew to over $43 million and the gross profit margin grew from 10% avg to over 50%. We were then acquired by a Fortune 50 company for over $123 million.

    Founder of Awaken Your Lioness Spirit, Terry deAragon was inspired to create change while serving on a prison ministry. After hearing from women forced back into harsh environments and past cycles due to the lack of affordable housing, she has set out to empower these woman to break generational curses and help restore and enable future generations.

    Terry draws strength from the trauma and adversity she has overcome to get her where she is today, including physical, emotional abuse and mental illness, addictions and divorce within her personal and family circle.

    She is a proud beacon of hope for two uncles serving long-term prison sentences, a cousin nearing his transition back into society, a pair of cousins who lost their battle to addiction at a young age, and an aunt residing at a local women’s home where she’ll spend the next year rehabilitating from substance abuse and embarking on an emotional and spiritual journey of growth.

    While on her own journey of emotional and spiritual healing in 2015, Terry experienced an encounter with Jesus and His Holy Spirit, which changed her life forever! Today, she honors God by sharing Jesus’ mercy, grace and abundant love with women who have experienced similar trials and tribulations.

    She believes that you aren’t defined by what has happened to you in life, but rather you’re born on purpose with a purpose, and our testimonies are birthed from the oppression and persecution God has brought us through!

    Through Awaken Your Lioness Spirit, Terry hopes to leave her legacy, break down walls and generation curses, and set up a better, healthier future for her sons Jacob, Joshua, Darrien, David Jr. and four beautiful grand children.
