      Discussing the effects of these platforms like IG (instant gratification), TikTok (consumption of your time), Twitter (twit- meaning idiot, fool, halfwit) & so on. I think if more people were aware of the ramifications of being on these platforms so much - they would spend their time a lot more wisely. This addictive use of one’s energy also bleeds into how they / we are with people as a collective and having addictive tendencies and skewed attachment styles to people/ places and things.
