À propos de ce contenu audio
You're not over the hill just yet, but the climb seems to be getting a little harder, a little slower. Today on Health Her Way we're focusing on life after 40 - and the best way to keep our brain sharp, bones strong, and heart healthy for the next 40 years.
In this episode of Health Her Way, hosts Meredith Cunningham and Brooklyn Elbert welcome Dr. Keya Malhotra, geriatric and internal medicine physician, to talk about how women’s bodies age, especially after 40, and what that means for long-term health. From increased risk for heart disease to bone loss and changes in memory, we’re breaking down what’s normal, what to watch for, and what you can do now to stay strong and healthy.
