In this episode, the focus is upon how to accompany people during the cycle of moving individuals from being simply “doers” of any activity or task to being leaders capable of accompanying others to do the same.
Discussion revolved around the 4 key steps to empower people in moving from being a doer to a leader, and then sharing additional actions that need to be taken during these 4 steps to ensure that the “new” leader is able focused upon duplication in whch they are able to accompany people during the “doer to leader” cycle themselves.
