🎙️ Google doesn't rank websites. It ranks TRUST. 🔐

I had a blast joining the Conversion Zoo podcast 🦁🐒 to talk about SEO, AI, and what businesses should actually focus on right now if they want traffic that keeps growing for years. 📈

Here's what we got into:

🛹 From side hustle to full-time agency. I started SEO Optimizers on lunch breaks and late nights back when I was a director of SEO at ad agencies. I didn't quit my job until my agency had out-earned my paycheck for 6 straight months. (Spoiler: playing it safe saved me in 2020.)

🤖 AI content and Google. Google says it doesn't care who writes your content, as long as it's helpful and accurate. I share how I write prompts that run 1 to 2 pages long, and why copying and pasting straight from ChatGPT is a bad idea. 🚫📋

🔗 Backlinks still run the show. Why buying 1,000 links on Fiverr for $20 does more harm than good, why that "As Seen in Forbes" PR placement might be sitting on a noindex page 👀, and how to build links that actually count.

🧠 ChatGPT vs. Google. ChatGPT is basically Bing in an AI costume. Optimize for Google and you're covering most of the AI platforms too.

🎯 Quick SEO wins you can use today. Give every service its own page, write more than your competitors do, and stop trying to be on every platform at once. (But DO claim your username everywhere before someone else grabs it! 🏃‍♂️💨)

🐢 Patience pays. SEO is slow, steady wins until you hit that hockey-stick growth. 🏒📊

Plus, I talk about the skateboarding Instagram page I grew to a couple hundred thousand followers as a passion project. 🛹🔥

🎁 I put together a free gift for listeners! Head to 👉 seooptimizers.com/gift for my free classes, my contact info, and a free website SEO analysis you can book right on my calendar. 🗓️✅
