Over the past month I have experienced the worst pain that I have ever known. I had a Shingles outbreak. It has been painful, debilitating, and outright frustrating. I did learn a few things though. I am deficient in vitamins, sleep and overall health. I was put on an antiviral which helped a little but did not treat the root cause of the symptoms. Below are a few things that I learned that I could take to build my immune system and keep the shingles virus dormant.
Vitamin D3 @ 50,000 iu
Vitamin K2 @ 500 mcg
Magnesium Glycinate @ 400 mg
Take the first two for 2 weeks then decrease to D3 @ 10,000 iu and K2 @ 100 mcg for 90 days.
