      I swear by journaling as a way of keeping my thoughts in check. In this episode I go through my top 7 reasons why journalling can help to stop the noise inside our heads, give us clarity and allow us to ask the really important questions. It's also an excuse to go buy some really pretty stationary and who doesnt love that!?!
