Every January invites us to decide what we’re going to accomplish, and how quickly we need to get there. But beneath the noise of goal-setting and resolutions, there’s something quieter shaping our year: the intention we carry as we move through our days.

In this opening episode of Season Two, I explore a different way to begin the year. One that focuses less on outcomes and more on inner orientation. We’ll talk about why goals alone often lead to pressure and burnout, how intention acts as an inner posture rather than a to-do list, and why focusing on our “inputs” — our energy, presence, and way of being — naturally influences the outcomes we experience.

I also share my personal intention for the year and invite you to reflect on how you want to feel as you move through your days, not just what you want to achieve.
