73: Mid-January Reality Check: Why You're Not "Behind" on Your Goals (and What To Do Instead)

I'm back! And I'll be honest with you, I'm recording this impromptu, sitting in my favorite Christmas PJs in the middle of January, because that is where my energy is today.

After stepping back in December to prioritize my family and my own alignment, I realized something: so many of us are already beating ourselves up. We're only two weeks into the year, and if you feel like you've already "dropped the ball" on your goals, I want you to take a deep breath. You aren't behind. In many ways, the year is just beginning now that the holiday haze has finally cleared.
