Today, we hear the story of Jessica O'Connell, 5,000m Track and Field athlete. As she was enjoying Irish dancing as a kid, Jess saw an opportunity in running tracks, to get fitter for dancing; she (and others) saw that she had a natural talent for it. And so, after some time, she went all in on it, and made it to top of world races, including a participation in the 2016 Olympics in Rio. And this journey starte with a 1km race in elementary school..
