  • Reo Rescues a Point for Celts at Ibrox - Match Reaction - Rangers 2-2 Celtic
    Mar 2 2026

This week on 4 Tims and a Podcast, we break down a dramatic 2-2 league draw at Ibrox as Celtic fought back from two goals down against Rangers to salvage a huge point in the title race.

We dig into a nightmare first half for the Hoops — lack of intensity, slack defending, and a Rangers side that punished every mistake to race into a 2-0 lead. Was it nerves? Tactics? Or simply not good enough for an Old Firm clash at Ibrox?

But the second half told a very different story.

We discuss the character and resilience shown Martin O'Neill's side as Celtic roared back into the contest, with the introduction of Reo Hatate and Sebastian Tounekti proving pivotal. Did Hatate change the tempo? Did Tounekti provide the spark out wide? We analyse how the substitutes shifted momentum and turned a lost cause into a valuable point on enemy territory.

Beyond the 90 minutes, we examine what the result means in the bigger picture. With league leaders Heart of Midlothian picking up points elsewhere, both Celtic and Rangers lose ground in the title race. Is this two points dropped or one point gained? And who does this draw ultimately favour as the season heats up?

We also turn our attention to the crucial midweek trip to Pittodrie, where Celtic face Aberdeen in a massive game in hand. Victory would see the Hoops leapfrog their city rivals and close the gap on Hearts at the top — but Pittodrie is never straightforward. We preview the matchup, key battles, potential lineup changes, and give our score predictions.

Can Celtic build on that second-half fightback and take full advantage? Or will this draw prove a costly missed opportunity?

All that and more on this week’s episode of 4 Tims and a Podcast. 🍀

  • Celts get confidence building win in Germany - Glasgow Derby Preview as Celts look to get title charge back on track
    Feb 28 2026

On this week’s episode of 4 Tims and a Podcast, the bhoys break down Celtic’s battling 1-0 win away to VfB Stuttgart — a result that restores pride on the night, even if it wasn’t enough to overturn the aggregate score in Germany.

After back-to-back defeats had dented confidence, we ask: is this the performance that reignites belief? The bhoys discuss the resilience shown, the defensive discipline, and the signs that Celtic may have rediscovered their edge at exactly the right time in the season.

Attention then turns to a colossal Glasgow Derby showdown as Celtic head to Ibrox to face city rivals Rangers.

With the title race finely poised and everything on the line, we preview the tactical battles, key players, and pressure moments that could define the campaign.

There’s also plenty to say about the escalating war of words between Martin O'Neill and Danny Röhl, adding even more fire to an already explosive fixture.

All that and more on another unmissable episode of 4 Tims and a Podcast. 🍀🎙️

  • Hopeless Hoops humbled by Hibs
    Feb 24 2026

Another week, another gut punch for the champions.

On this episode of 4 Tims and a Podcast, the bhoys react to a damaging 2–1 defeat at Celtic Park as Hibernian snatched all three points with a late winner against Celtic

In what’s been a season full of frustration, this one felt like a new low. We break down how the game slipped away, the big moments that defined it, and what it means for an increasingly fragile title race.

A major talking point is Auston Trusty’s red card — did it change the game entirely, or were the warning signs already there? The lads dig into the referee’s performance, the decisions that had the stadium raging, and why so many of Celtic’s first-team regulars once again failed to deliver when it mattered most.

Off the pitch, we turn our attention to the recently released notes from the meeting between the Celtic Fans Collective and members of the club hierarchy, including interim chairman Brian Wilson. Andy gives us an inside look at what it was like to be in the room, explains the delay in publishing the minutes, and outlines the key differences between the Collective’s version and the club’s account. It’s an honest and revealing discussion about communication, accountability, and the growing disconnect between supporters and the board.

Finally, we look ahead — if that’s the right phrase — to Celtic’s trip to Germany for the second leg of their Europa League knockout tie against VfB Stuttgart. After a 4–1 first-leg defeat, is there any realistic hope of progression? Should wholesale changes be made with one eye already on this weekend’s massive Glasgow Derby?

    It’s therapy, it’s analysis, it’s passion — it’s 4 Tims and a Podcast.
