Today, he starts with the rebuilding teams. Listing a few reasons for optimism for all teams and also highlighting the route they need to take to surprise some people. After that, he focuses on teams that are outside of the playoff picture looking in. Discussing the flaws and strengths of all of them.
As the episode rolls on, we get to the playoff teams in the conference. Alex highlights who he thinks will be fighting for a wild card spot, and who may be fighting for more. Finally, he breaks down the two teams he feels will win each division, and just how he sees the year shaking out.
