Geoffrey Lanez, MBA, CEC is the Executive Chef at The Patterson Club in Fairfield, Connecticut. Recognized as a top culinary leader in the private club industry, he was named a Club + Resort Chef 40 Under 40 honoree and crowned the 2025 Club + Resort Chef of the Year.

An accomplished competitive chef, Chef Lanez holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University. He has represented the United States internationally as a member of ACF Culinary Team USA, earning multiple medals at the Culinary Olympics and the Culinary World Cup. Beyond the kitchen, he is also the founder and CEO of Burrd Productions.
