À propos de ce contenu audio
Your problem isn’t motivation or discipline — even if it feels that way.
In this episode, we’re talking about what’s really going on when you keep giving up on yourself, feel frustrated with your progress, or quietly wonder why growth seems so hard. We explore why self-criticism doesn’t create change, how the opinion you have of yourself shapes your behavior, and what it looks like to practice charity toward yourself — not just toward others.
Drawing from scripture and lived experience, we focus on three often-misunderstood attributes of charity: suffering long, enduring, and bearing — and how learning to apply them inward can change the way you grow, heal, and keep going. This episode is an invitation to stop fighting yourself and start learning how to stay with yourself instead.
