Welcome to the final episode of season two "10,000 hours...and counting".

In this episode, I am rejoined by my guest from episode one of 2025, my friend and fellow lightworker Karen Neuls.

Karen and I are discussing the divine being or ascended master known as "Merlin". Both of us work with this energy in our lives and also in our spiritual offerings. We will be discussing our experiences as "students" of this ascended master and how we find our connection to the higher realms of spirit actually weaves its way into all areas of our lives. How the mundane can be made magic when we are willing to view it through another lens. We hope to inspire you to make your own personal connections to the energy of magic and possibly even Merlin frequency in order to support you on your path as a spiritual being, lightworker and warrior of light at this time on earth.

In the November episode, I am chatting with my friend, fellow lightworker and healing practitioner Rena Dumas about the human/soul experience of polarity, the paradox of life. How to shift from believing you need to be something people can "understand", to giving yourself permission to find your own unique energy and express this in the world.

We're discussing opposing forces of yin and yang and the inner journey of self enquiry to unite them within our being. How to soothe this "war" within, so that we can begin to positively shift the vibration of earth to better and higher truths for all. To a more compassionate way of living.

We consider what is "consistency" and what is "authenticity" in ourselves and ponder why people are often trying to become one thing or the other, rather than fully accepting all parts of the self, the light and the dark and come into wholeness.

These opposites aren't meant to compete, but to dance together, creating the tension that gives rise to life, movement, and transformation.

Welcome to this mid-season bonus episode. I have had the guidance to change the format of my podcast for the remainder of this year (2025).

In this bonus episode, I am sharing a little of the "why" behind this guidance to change the podcast structure. Basically, it's for the purpose of integration.

So often people don't give themselves enough (or any) time to integrate the spiritual practices, experiences or information they are receiving. But without integration, there's no real grounding or ability to turn information or incoming energy into learned wisdom.

I have included a mini visualisation in this episode to help you stop and rest for a moment in order to receive the most benefit from whatever your current experience on your path may be.

As spirtual beings having the human experience, we need to be able to sense subtle energies, yet learn how not to drown in emotion and sensation. We are talking about finding ways to embrace the whole of the self, even those parts that we feel are unwanted, fearful or shameful.

By having the awareness to experience the dark or shadow parts of the self, you can connect to the light within in even deeper ways. So, please, listen and let us encourage you to build on your capacity to hold and see your darker emotions as the pathway to integrate the wisdom of your soul and embody this in your life and the world for the spiritual benefit of all beings on earth.

In this episode, I am sharing the part of my path which has been my biggest challenge and also the biggest gift. Doubting the self, but trusting the path.

It's always this way on the path, that which feels like your burden is meant to be the cataylst for your growth, freedom and expansion into more of your true self, the soul essence.

I will talk about self doubt, (which as humans we all deal with at times), and I will share how exploring my own doubt and not hiding from it, has helped me deepen my trust in my self and the path I am walking.

I want to encourage you to see how self doubt could be used as a tool to help you build inner trust, keep your own unique light shining and teach you just how strong and unique you are. We are not on this earth to be pale copies of other people, it's our jourm]ney to polish our own gifts, and find ways to share them in the world.
