In this episode, Kelsey begins the exploration of the four Human Design Aura Types. Your Type describes how you interact with the world, other people, and the collective field. Each Type comes with its own Strategy for moving through life, core themes, and way of experiencing alignment and resistance. In this lesson, you'll learn the mechanical basis for each Type through the lens of center definition in the Bodygraph, which will prepare you for a deep dive on each Type in future episodes.
