In today's episode, anxiety is peeled back to expose what it is, why we experience it and how to reduce its hold on us. As women and moms, anxiety can come up in various forms. Societal pressures to do all and be all can bring about anxious feelings. Often added to the mix are feelings of guilt. This is why learning to reduce its hold can help relieve stress, free up your mind and put you back behind the wheel of your life.
Anxiety used to consume much of my day. The strategies in today's show are what I use to help set my mind free from these exhausting thoughts.
